Players to make statement at 3:30pm today

Ohio State football student-athletes will make brief comments directed to Buckeye Nation in the WHAC media suites today about 3:30 p.m. - they will take no follow-up questions due to their involvement in a pending NCAA appeal process

Terrelle Pryor and five other Ohio State football players who were served suspensions last week for NCAA violations are expected to address OSU fans at 3:30 today in the Woody Hayes Athletic Center.

Pryor, the Buckeyes' quarterback, as well as receiver DeVier Posey, running back Daniel Herron, offensive tackle Mike Adams and defensive end Solomon Thomas all were suspended for the first five games of the 2011 season for violations including the selling of memorabilia. Linebacker Jordan Whiting will miss the 2011 opener.

Only Posey and Pryor talked in this video... not sure if the others talked in another video or not. Posey seemed very sincere in his apology as well as Pryor. Hopefully they learn from this.

Pryor, Posey, Herron, Adams and Thomas all spoke................obviously these kids are embarrased and feel remorse for their actions, at least in my opinion, they did not read a statement but spoke from the heart...........some will not believe their apology and continue to bash these kids, but I believe everyone deserves a second chance...........I mean all 6 of these kids have never had a mark on their record before this................

I mentioned a few days ago that Posey would be back...........

Pryor and Adams will also be back as I write this..............

Herron is on the fence..............

If any of these players do not play in the Sugar Bowl (Pryor, Herron, Adams, Posey)......then that may be a sign they are leaving, but they have told JT they are returning...........they do not want to leave tOSU like this...............

That is where we stand right now...............time to move on and let tOSU deal with the appeal process..............from what I understand, tOSU has plenty of ground to stand on to reduce the number of games lost...........we will see...............

Thanks for the update!!! Imagine if only Herron left? talk about the best possible scenario.
