we lost b/c of our offense. your defense can only do so much when they're on the field for almost 40 minutes of a game... That was flat out embarrassing. I couldn't have been more wrong with my prediction. I'll give a lot of credit to Purdue though. They had a great gameplan, and they were relentless. Their DBs were outstanding.
We did not deserve to win this game. Plain and simple. I will be surprised if we are ranked next week

terrelle pryor played terrible we all know that, but small's muffed punt was a killer too and when u turn the ball over that may times it hard to win with a sputtering offense. plus the fumble created by coleman that was given back to purdue was crap and would have been huge for the buckeyes but its the little things
WHY are we still playing Ray Small? Where is Lamaar Thomas on offense??? I saw him on 1 play in the first half.... for a fake handoff.... we have to use him in our offense.
It's obvious that TP is having more than a hard time. I know the O line is not playing well, but it is coming up on making the call on Pryor being a bust. Sadly. The Def, well, they are still the bend, but don't break Swiss cheese as the last 6 years. This team may play better now that the pressure is off, because in reality, the season is over. Sure, we still have the Rose Bowl to shoot for, but that is a high, highly far reach of a goal. The coaches, well, they were all exposed as frauds. All of them. Tress included for having his YSU posse aboard. Sickening.
You just wonder when its going to click for pryor. I really want him to succed but its frustrating to watch him
We are still in control of our Rose Bowl opportunity, however a lot of soul searchin by all coaches and players between now and Sunday evening. I stand by all my previous posts regarding T.P.; 1-2 reads max, no thinking and let your feet do the rest. He is not ready for multiple reads @ this point in time. O-line; zone blocking is nice, however I prefer assignment blocking (Aggressive, nasty, take them to the turf). It is obvious that we are thinking too much up front also. Time to use the TE more in pass offense. T.P. is not ready for multiple down field reads... Do not throw in the towel folks, however we have to adjust to what we have. Players play and coaches coach. You cannot make a player something he is not. Go Bucks!
