Rivals.com 24/7Sports O3n POWER FORWARD •6'9" | 195 LBS CLASS OF 2025 @ GREEN HIGH SCHOOL | GREEN, OH Ohio State has offered.
Ohio State is going all-in on some of northeast Ohio’s top basketball prospects. Earlier this week, we shared the news that OSU had offered Garfield Heights 2026 guard Marcus Johnson. On Wednesday, news broke that head coach Chris Holtmann and his staff had also made offers to two more prospects in Uniontown Green 2025 power forward Niko Bundalo and Cleveland Heights Lutheran East 2026 power forward T.J. Crumble. The 6-9, 210-pound Bundalo was one of the standouts playing for the Wildcats Select 16-U team at the adidas 3SSB event this past weekend in Texas. Here is what 247Sports.com’s Travis Branham wrote about Bundalo from that event: “Niko Bundalo has flown under the radar but that is no longer the case. The 6-foot-9 power forward hails of Uniontown (Ohio) Green and comes from Serbian descent. “He's a highly skilled big man with great size, is a plus-athlete, possesses a high IQ and a smooth left-handed jumper from three. “Bundalo has an inside-out game, comfortable with bodying players on the low-block and scoring over either shoulder and also comfortable stepping out and putting the ball on the deck and shooting with range from three. “High majors will flock to his games in June and should start piling in on the offers.” Branham’s words have proven prophetic. He has now gathered offers from OSU, Xavier, Seton Hall, Iowa, Rutgers, Kent State and others. This past season, he averaged 12.4 points and 6.0 rebounds per game as a sophomore for Green. His team ended the year 17-7 overall. (Stay tuned for an interview with Bundalo and his high school coach, Mark Kinsley.)

BUCKEYES OFFER IN-STATE 2025 PF BUNDALO Uniontown, Ohio’s Nikola Bundalo has made waves on the AAU circuit this spring, and Ohio State was among the first high-major programs to take notice. The Buckeyes rewarded the 6-foot-9 Serbian power forward with a scholarship offer on May 2, and the left-handed 2025 prospect then earned offers from Rutgers, Illinois, Iowa, Xavier and Seton Hall. Bundalo attends Green High School just south of Akron, Ohio, and the Buckeyes are sure to keep an eye on the rising in-state talent throughout his recruitment. Assuming his stock continues to rise, though, Bundalo should receive plenty more high-major offers in the coming months.
