Devin Smith (6'1, 180 pounds) wide receiver prospect, from Massillon High School, a 3-Star prospect by Scout.com in the 2011 class nationally has verbaled to Ohio State. Smith accumlated 989 receiving yards and scored 15 touchdowns as a Junior. Smith becomes the 15th member of the class of 2011.​
