i dont know exactley how many years after you are out of school you have to wait, i know you have to meet certain all american standards, but he should of been in the HOF sonner than this, hands damn one of greatest Tackles in the history of football. I meet him at a signing and got to talk to him for a bit, great guy, he loved my WTF (we'll take Fickell) shirt hahah
