Scout.com (Free) Ohio State Moving Forward With Stadium Plan.............Saying now is simply the right time to do so, athletics director Gene Smith talked about the school's plan to move forward with an expansion of Ohio Stadium. The board of trustees is in the process of approving the plan, which will see construction take place next year.
