Yeah, but weight you keep off? You can "lose" 8 pounds in a day just by not drinking any water. But to have a sustainable weight loss you need to go slow so you don't shock your system and bounce back to old habit. Source: The Hacker's Diet and Lots of experience bouncing back to old habits.
Not true... Not for everybody... I agree that you can lose 8 pounds in 1 day and not lose any fat but if you are 300 lbs you can lose 50 pounds in 6 weeks and not have issues and precede frome there.... -Dr. Phat
Not smart enough. Go Bucks! PS - 3 on the Wonderlic...only confirmed by his actions at LSU, NFL, post NFL, etc...
He's inside of the red dress (look for the sweat).... We call that bitch KoolAid.... He's usually with the big fine woman that I call "Purple Drank" (not pictured)
You seem to know your 'hip pity hop' Rampage... Are you a fan of The Game? I can't get enough, I've been bumpin his first CD "Documentary" all week.... I want to get his newest CD Jesus Piece but I haven't been to Best Buy in some time... I'm still a CD cat...I like to listen to albums as play throughs...I don't do iTunes...
Yeah, iTunes is actually more popular than it's ever been because of the popularity of the iPhone and iPod. I've used it since 2004, and I'm with you Phatty, I alway bought entire albums at a time. It usually cheaper than going to the mall for a CD. The last album I bought was Lupe's latest for $14. And it came with two videos. As for hip-hop, yeah. I listen to mostly the mainstream lyrical guys: Mos Def, Talib, Lupe etc. I used to listen to some harder stuff (the kids change that), and I have huge respect for Game, but I haven't heard anything past that first album. I lean on my little brother to keep me current on the newer stuff, he's on World Star every night. We're getting a bit off topic, we could have a hip-hop thread, but I think it'd be just Phatty, me, maybe Chad, and maybe Armani (which is weird because I though his TV and radio only got Buckeye games and Bill O-Rielly).
Hehe. Armani is more like 1 cent, and I'm 50... I hear ya about the kids changing music habits. My oldest is almost 3 and I didn't really listen to any hard core rap for a few years until the past month or so and I've been spending my lunch breaks and every minute in the Escalade without the kids by bumpin all of my CDs from like 2005-2009ish... I'm not bumpin at 10mph with my tinted windows rolled down, but I'd be lieing if I said I didn't have a slight ganska lean... I forgot how good Eminem was too..
What do you think about Timmy Gardner at Center? It's either there, water boy, or send him to Purdue....
I went and saw Metallica at the 'Shoe about 8? years ago.... Linkin Park and Limp Biscuit were both better.... I was surprised....I saw Linkin Park 3X --- BadAzz Live Band!
