He sounds like Muhammed Ali doing an impersonation of John Madden.
Was that english? Typical SEC player with lots of intelligence. Notice how well spoken and classy Troy was.
I also remember seein Ted Ginn on the sideline, screamin in Robo's ear, and all I could think of was how nice it would have been to have Jr. runnin' routes for the Buckeyes in the Superdome. Oh well.
^ Yea I wish him and Gonzo would of stayed.
I thought Teddy needed one more year but knew he was gone after 06. Him going to the Dolphins was a horrible place for him to go. I wish he could have gone to a better system that fit him better. I thought Gonzo was making a mistake leaving school early. I was shocked he was a first round pick but couldn't have gone to a better system than Indy, or New England. Gonzo was pretty good for the Colts this year and proved me wrong that he was a legit first round pick.
Teddy and Gonzo will have solid careers.
I love how Troy halfway dissed Russell and he never even knew it.
Russell just showed how much class SEC people have.
I'm sure in hind sight, Teddy wishes he'd have stayed one more year and gone to a different pro team
hahah!! thats dead on.
Jamarcus just reinforces what we think and post concering SEC.
He may end up playing tight end if he cannot pick up NFL/Oakland system. My Raider source informs they would like to have put him on the field last year; however Jarmarcus could not pick up the system. This statement is from the Raider staff.
Didnt want to give this waste of space another thread so I will reuse this one.
Maybe he can play OG? :noidea:
My favorite memory of him is when we played LSU in New Orleans and they interviewed Troy Smith and him. Troy wearing all Ohio State and Jamarcus wearing a ugly ass sweater with a BAMA boy chain around his neck.
Im sure this is one player LSU would like to forget
over/under a 4.95 fourty?
I've been that big... And it doesn't take 6 weeks to lose 12 pounds if you're really working at it. Hell, look at the tubby's on that show "Biggest Loser".
I bet he doesn't get through a training camp.
I hear ya...
I was 236.6 on Jan. 5th...
Today is the 23rd, I weighed in this morning at 217.8 on the same scale. Both weigh-ins were 1st thing in the morn after my morning duece and ace when I'm at my lightest...
That's almost 20 lbs in 18 days and I'm not even training as if I'm trying to make the NFL. I'm just eating better, and going to the gym a couple times a week...
He's either not dedicated or he has a very low metabolism...
