Overall, I'm happy with the way the first half went. Defense is playing tough... we just need some consistency from our offense in the 2nd half.
Victory! Good after-game comments by Pryor. It's nice to hear that Penn State stopped the crowd from working the Anti-Pryor shirts, classy.
Not to say that Penn State officials aren't classy, but there were plenty of anti-terrelle shirts/body paint on. I counted at least 5 shirts with a picture of Terrelle crying on the bench. Good game. Good O-line performance, dominating D-line performance, and some good special teams play... Tressel Ball.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure that was our first win against a higher-rated team since 2004 (Michigan).
Sadly I didn't get to see this game. But I really like what I am seeing about it. It looks like EVERYONE on the team stepped up to get this solid win, and there is nothing better than seeing that. I can't wait to see some detailed highlights, although the little bit I have seen look great. Saine's dive into the endzone literally made me yell when I saw the replay of it. Very happy right now.
I'm happy with Pryor's play today. Should've had another touchdown before halftime, but he overthrew again. He underthrew Posey on the long pass, but Posey adjusted well. He didn't let his nerves get to him this time and he had some clutch plays. He needs to get that confidence going. Winning out and winning the Rose Bowl could really set this team up for a NC run next season. Hopefully by then, we have Berry and Hyde.
