With both Devon Torrence and Chimdi Chekwa graduating, who do you guys envision starting at CB?

Travis Howard likely locks up the #1 spot, but at #2 we could see Corey Brown, Christian Bryant, Donnie Evege, etc.

    Thoughts?

DO NOT forget Dominic Clarke! I thought he did very well after Chekwa and THoward went down!

Going to be a great battle between for the other slot. Watch Pittsburgh Brown on that one!

Howard is the next great corner here! MARK IT DOWN! Does anyone know what his injury is? The one he suffered in Sugar Bowl.

Pitt Brown was moved to safety I believe...and you all are forgetting Dionte Allen transfer from FSU...he is the most experienced of the bunch and the most polished cb...we recruited him hard
    -Howard Allen
    -Clarke Bryant
    -Evege D. Grant

Once these guys get some experience, we are going to have a solid secondary!

We absolutely proved that in the second half against Arkansas. Yeah, the injuries gave Arkansas the opportunity to almost catch up, but 1) I think Tressel's conservative game plan contributed just as much and 2) For as good as Arkansas' passing game was and how many injuries we had, it's incredible our second string held up like they did. I give them mad props!

Could Christian Bryant be moved to safety? Would that not make sense?

i think bryant could do very well at safety and i feel that after the way he played the star this year, he will play safety from now on. but like others have mentioned, we have some good players in our secondary and we will be fine.

With Johnson, Moeller, Barnett, Jamie Wood, Pitt Brown, Jeremy Cash, DerJuan Gambrell at safety...id rather keep Bryant at cb bc of his great speed.
