What are your predictions for the playoff?

    Here is mine:

    1. Oklahoma (I think they run the table impressively and get the #1 seed)
    4. UCLA (I think UCLA and Oregon go into the Pac12 championship game with one loss apiece and the winner gets in)

    3. Florida State (I think FSU gets cocky and stumbles mid season to a team like NC State, Syracuse, or Louisville)
    2. Ohio State (We run the table with a couple of scares. MSU plays us really close at their place but we beat them by 17+ in the BigTen Championship)

    Championship Game:
Oklahoma vs. Ohio State with the Buckeyes winning 38-28

You're about three SEC teams short there.

Chances are there's a 1-loss SEC Champion. And if there is, they're getting in.

I'd say two sec teams short. Whomever plays in the sec championship will get in over any one loss team.

I wouldn't worry about that too much. Of the 21 SEC Championship Game losers, only two were selected for a BCS-level bowl. 2008 Alabama lost the Sugar Bowl to Utah and 2009 Florida won the Sugar Bowl against Cincinnati.

It's the #3 SEC team that misses out on the SEC Championship game that often gets that second BCS spot... But I don't see the committee okaying a third place conference finisher in the playoff without extreme circumstances.

I know that was a bold prediction because I don't have an SEC team...But outside of Auburn, I don't see an SEC team this year that should be in the top four. I could see Auburn having one loss and losing to South Carolina or UGA in the the championship and no SEC team making it.

A two loss SEC team should not get in over the teams that I have above with one loss.

FSU is the defending NC and beat an SEC team last year. They will play Oklahoma St., Clemson, Notre Dame, Florida...Enough teams to justify getting in with one loss.

UCLA plays a tough schedule. If they lose early and beat Oregon in the P12 championship game, I could see them getting in.

The only possible change I would make though is Auburn. They would be my other team to replace UCLA.

It's tough projection. Two undefeated teams is a rare thing, especially now that the Big 12 is the only big conference without a championship game. Assuming equal records and comparable schedules, what order do you place each conferences chances of getting their winning team in?

    1. SEC
    2. Pac 12
    3. B1G
    4. ACC
    5. Big 12

Thats how I see it, also...But I think last year's bowls helped balance it out more. SEC lost both of its BCS games. So imo, it may still be the best conference, but it aknowleged that the conference is not as powerful as the media has one believe.

I know the first championship game is in Cowboys Stadium. But does anyone know if they announced the second year? I heard the 49ers stadium is interested, Reliant Stadium in Houston. You can bet Miami, New Orleans, Rose Bowl will get a shot. Wouldn't count out Jacksonville even tho the Jags suck that is a huge CFB city. I also heard Indy and Detroit want it as well. Can't forget Atlanta, the new Vikings Stadium, and StL!
