As underrated as he was to start with, ZKL is a GREAT addition to the Ohio State family in my estimation. We were fortunate enough to not only get a Q&A with him in June, but also to speak extensively with his parents in prep for an article on how a family handles the recruiting process. They're grounded, very quickly became extremely supportive of the Buckeyes' program (in spite of both being Missouri Tiger athletes and graduates) and love interacting with his future teammates, fans and the media.

Very cool family, and seemingly a fantastic kid. The best part? His stock went through the roof after his Illinois camp and The Opening. Urban will have 1,000 options for using this kid's skill set. I can't wait to see him in S&G.

No doubt, Elliott is going to be a great addition to the Buckeyes.

Think about the RB talent at tOSU next year:

    Carlos Hyde

Zach Boren (sounds like he will definitely get some touches)

Rod Smith (if he doesn't transfer out which some think could happen)

    Bri'onte Dunn

Jalin Marshall (listed him since he's an all-around ATH who will potentially run the ball some too)

    Warren Ball

    Ezekiel Elliott

    Derrick Green?

Boren will be gone, but Hall could possibly be back if he takes a medical RS...

    We are stacked at RB!!!

Boren may as well be considered a TE in Urban's offense. The FB/TE position are all but interchangeable for Urban. For example, when Boren exits the game, he'll be replaced by Nick Vanette or Jeff Heuerman, not a backup FB. I would bet Braxton Miller hands it to Boren less than 3 times in 12 games - if that.

ZKL is the future Harvin, possibly even as a true freshman in my opinion.

    I agree...

I really like the way 'Zeke cathes the ball out in space, and he has the perfect combination of power and speed...

Elliott led the Bombers to a 35-0 blowout victory against visiting St. Louis Lutheran South to open both schools’ Metro League schedule. Elliott scored four of his team’s five touchdowns. He reached the end zone on runs of 64, 63 and 19 yards and added an 89-yard touchdown reception from Nicholas Duncan.
