Campbell recaps UF junior day............George Campbell has visited Florida several times but it had been awhile since he’d tripped to Gainesville until Saturday. The five-star wide receiver is back on the market after decommitting from Michigan and he visited the Gators for junior day.

GEORGE CAMPBELL / TARPON SPRINGS / WR

When he committed to Michigan last summer, most felt that George Campbell was nowhere near done with his recruitment and most were right: Campbell decommitted from Michigan in December and the Buckeyes are hoping to move their way up his list.

Zach Smith is in charge of his recruitment and Campbell — who burst onto the national scene with a 4.36 40-yard dash at Nike's The Opening last July — is not an easy guy to catch. Ohio State hopes to get him on campus sometime soon but the Buckeyes are definitely looking up at Florida and a few other schools right now.

Like Jeffery Holland, Campbell is a bit of a long shot, but since he was once committed to Michigan, distance wouldn't seem to be a factor. Ohio State is in contact with him plenty, but that contact needs to lead to a visit or two. Campbell is a big receiver (6-3 184), yet he is also one of the fastest players in the nation, being timed under 4.4 routinely at camps and combines.
