I don't expect to see 70-6 every week. But I do expect to see improvement week-to-week. The running backs and o-line are the only group that I feel like are growing.

Indiana caught a lot of good breaks this game... But one of these games a team that doesn't suck will catch some good breaks.

Just got back from the game...wow our defense sucks!!!! Ohio State just doesn't give up huge plays (until now). Its embarrassing to give up monster gains to teams like Indiana (but really with any team it shouldn't happen that consistently). I'll be disappointed if some defensive coaching moves aren't made.

That's BS. Who are you going to put in. The offense. Let's get real. This defense is terrible. Lucky were playing in the Little Ten this year. Seriously, Indiana. A basketball team.

I refuse to believe that Osu best option at LB is a FB. Last game against a better team it was OK to have the 2nd LB in the game. I wouldn't be surprised to see some transfers before the end of the year.

Why are you being do stubborn. He lead team in tackles and lets see a freshman lb gave up the block punt and storm Klein looked bad. You would of never known Zach wasn't a lb if he hadn't been playing fb for us. He played great and proved he could compete with what they have there already if not better. If anything all those big time lb recruits have to be chomping at the bit. There's no backers they will have to sit behind. Could sway a few recruits

He played the position in high school and plays fullback like a LB! A true defensive player never loses that mentality...especially those playing D1 football. Boron may not pick up the D packages, however as long as he stuffs plays between the tackles, makes a "pop" or two per game...a pick would also be nice, I am O.K. with this move. If experimenting, maybe N. Williams should be slid in for a package or two.

7-0 is not a bad position to be in with first year coach/staff. It was a very ugly win, however evaluate, correct and move on.

Best 11 play on D (Head-hunters and hitters).
Our offense scores, just got to get the D to make a few stops.

    Go Bucks!

I am talking about the defensive coaches. Not the players.

What? We recruited guys at LB no one wanted? BS. Go back and take a look, we have some guys in that group who were highly recruited by people who know more about football than I do. Heck, Grant was ranked #2 overall by Rivals.com last year. It is not like we have not recruited guys with talent. The issue is among other things, injuries, transfers, guys not developing.

Lets be honest, the last staff whiffed on a few classes at the LB position. We missed out on some in state kids who would have made a difference.

Well, Meyer felt Boren was one of the best 11 he has at this point. I am tired of head hunters and guys who want to make the big hit to get on ESPN. Give me a few solid players who are always in the right position in that linebacker group. Give me solid play.

Step back from the ledge; note my first comment regarding the D. Best 11! Head-hunters and hitters is part of playing and coaching on that side of the ball; Defensive jargon.
Playing with what we have...more blitz packages from LB's...if they are constantly going to be out of position and miss tackles behind D line...at least put them on the chase/in front of and with D-line in opposing teams backfield. Simon, Big Hank and the front can tackle and most of the time our DB's can cover.

7-0 and it will be fixed.

    Go Bucks!

Urban probably kept him on this year just as good will. If Luke gets another opportunity, he should jump on it.

I thought the officiating was poor in this game, but I think the bad calls went both ways. I thought the late hit call when Braxton's legs were taken out was very ticky tacky, and there was a DPI call earlier that drive that was suspect.
