California receiver cancels planned Ohio State visit As Land of 10 reported on Thursday, Ohio State was scheduled to host 4-star California wide receiver Mycah Pittman for an unofficial visit on March 3. However, he was forced to cancel that trip because of unplanned circumstances. Pittman is ranked as the No. 52 player in the 2019 class and the No. 9 wide receiver. āI ended up not being able to make the visit due to storms. Iām looking to reschedule my visit soon, I believe in a week or two,ā Pittman said. Some of Pittmanās major offers include Ohio State, USC, UCLA, Alabama, Notre Dame, Georgia, Michigan, Nebraska, LSU, Texas A&M and other standout programs. He holds 27 offers. Pittman is a 6-foot, 195-pound prospect and the No. 7 prospect in California.

Mycah Pittman, 4-star WR, includes Ohio State in top 5 schools Ohio State was 4-star wide receiver Mycah Pittmanās top 5 on Tuesday evening. Pittman, a 2019 prospect out of Calabasas, Calif., included the Buckeyes alongside Alabama, Florida, Nebraska and Oregon out of 31 total offers. The Buckeyes have never hosted Pittman for an unofficial visit. He had plans to take an unofficial visit to Columbus in March, as Land of 10 reported in February, but the trip ultimately fell through because of weather issues. The Florida Gators are the heavy favorite and have received two visits from Pittman in the last six weeks. I have submitted a Crystal Ball prediction in Floridaās favor and donāt foresee that changing, barring a surprise. Pittmanās father, Michael Pittman Sr., spent six of his 11 seasons in the NFL with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and his son has fond memories of the Sunshine State. Pittmanās older brother, Michael Jr., is a junior wide receiver for USC who had 23 receptions and 2 touchdowns in 2017.
