The basketball Buckeyes received good news on Monday when the top overall recruit in the class of '16, power forward Harry Giles, released a list of his top eight schools. The 6'10, 210-pound Giles is rated as a five-star according to the 247Sports Composite rankings and is ranked as the top player across the board overall, both at power forward and in the state of North Carolina. Giles released his top eight schools via Twitter:

The teams to make the cut were Duke, Kansas, Kentucky, North Carolina, Ohio State, Syracuse, UNLV, and Wake Forest. This season with his high school team, Giles has lead his Wesleyan Christian Academy Trojans to a 27-4 record, currently ranked 17th by USA Today.
