Wolfpack have Firsthand Knowledge of Burrow.............The recent offer to Ohio quarterback Joey Burrow by North Carolina State should be no surprise as one of the Wolfpacks coaches has firsthand knowledge of what Burrow is capable of doing.

Star Ohio QB Set to Visit UMD............Maryland has cast a fairly wide net in their search for 2015 quarterbacks, extending offers to signal callers from around the country. While the two top options remain locals Kai Locksley (Gilman/Baltimore, Md.) and Nick Johns (Gonzaga/Washington, D.C.), the Terps are also making a push for one of Ohio’s premier triggermen.

QB Joe Burrow visits Michigan State...............Joe Burrow of Athens High School in Ohio is one of the top quarterback prospects in the Big Ten region for the class of 2015. The 6-foot-3, 190-pound prospects has been busy this spring checking out colleges and this past weekend he was in East Lansing to learn more about Michigan State University. SpartanMag.com has the details.

Four-Star QB Could See Himself in Ames................How did the No. 26 passer in his class like his recent visit to Iowa State? Said Joe Burrow: "The facilities are great. I was the only one there, so the coaches got to spend a lot of time with me. I met with every single one of the offensive coaches."

Is Burrow a Legitimate UMD Target?.............With Gonzaga (Washington, D.C.) quarterback Nick Johns off the board to Virginia, and Gilman (Baltimore, Md.) triggerman Kai Locksley perhaps looking elsewhere, one of Maryland’s top remaining targets is The Plain School (Athens, Ohio) signal caller Joe Burrow.

I just mentioned yesterday in the general recruiting thread I thought he could get an offer along with Waller........

    Love this kid.

    His rankings FYI:

    4-star
    #26 QB nationally
    #17 overall player in Ohio
    #1 QB in Ohio
    #4 QB in the Midwest

Staff was always going to take 2 quarterbacks........

It is Gibson and then Waller...........

It would not surprise me to see them accept Waller and move on..........

    That would surprise me...

I think they're all-in on Gibson (unless the off-field issues begin to mount)
