One for the ages...........Joliet (Ill.) Catholic Academy junior running back prospect Ty Isaac (6-foot-3, 215 pounds) capped off his 2011 junior season with a performance last Saturday that words can hardly describe. Isaac ran for a state record 516 yards and 6 touchdowns in the Hilltoppers 70-45 loss in the Class 5A state title game to Montini Catholic. Isaac gives us his post-game thoughts and more here.

516 yards and 6 TDs not good enough for ya Phatty? You realize that was his stats for ONE game right?

Wow Luda, I got you to "thank" a post! You're only good for about 5 a year so I did good!

You also "thanked" Obie in the Urban thread tonight.

You're really in a good mood about this recruiting and pissing off your UK co-worker fan aren't you?

I forget to use it! I will try to remember more often. If fact, I am going to try to make up for it...

Star junior grabs OSU offer..................Much of Ohio State's recruiting focus is on a strong finish to the 2012 class. The Buckeyes aren't ignoring the juniors, however, as a star from Illinois was offered on Tuesday.

JCA running back is wide open................By now, Joliet (Ill.) Catholic running back Ty Isaac's 5A state championship performance is a thing of legend among Illinois sports enthusiasts. The 6-foot-3, 215-pound prospect galloped his way to an astonishing 515-yards and six touchdowns at Memorial Stadium in Champaign, only to see his team lose to Montini Catholic, 70-45.
