Hopefully Matta can add Parker to his impressive list of McDonalds All-Americans to suit up for the Buckeyes over the last 8 years....

Now if he will only play those McD All-Americans and not let them ride the bench!

I am pretty sure Scott has played a ton and is shooting I believe close to 20% for the year.........

I am also pretty sure Williams has played some and has shown he is probably a year away............

Matta has always played freshman...........lets face it..........the bench is just not very good...........and the numbers will tell you that......

Parker done with visits; decision coming.............Elite big man Tony Parker has reached the decision making phase of his recruitment. With five official visits in the books, Parker, having just visited Kansas, will sit down with his family and select the school of his choice.

No decision date yet for Parker..............Lithonia (GA) Miller Grove High School recently claimed a Georgia Class 4A state championship, and a big reason for their success was the play of senior big man Tony Parker.

I don't believe the bench is not that good. I have heard that the last four years. Sam Thompson, Amir Williams, Jordan Sibert, JD Weatherspoon have all shown flashes. I understand they don't want to play Ross. Doesn't have a Defensive game, was ineligible. But the four previous mentioned I believe are ready. Williams is a four star from Motown. He is ready and I like what I see. Should be getting more reps. Sibert is very good. Wouldn't blame him if he left.

No pts from our bench against Gonzaga. Unacceptable.

Not given the opportunity. Its coach's job to develop the bench as much as it is to get the develop the starters. I have seen all of them play. Don't tell me none of them are ready with the exception of McDonald. We have been hearing these excuses for the last 4yrs from Matta.

Scott, Thompson and Ravenal play quality minutes and for the most part do not produce points............

Sibert can't hit anything when he was coming off the bench early in the year.....

Williams needs to play more in my opinion...........

Witherspoon is simply a tweener.........it is hard to throw him out there most games.......

Bottom line is that the bench does not produce............they are given minutes, but you have to produce when out there..........we are not playing games to develop players, that is what practice is for and then do it in a game.........

Matta must know something about basketball and his teams from year to year that you do not considering he has won multiple Big Ten titles, numerous NCAA tournament appearances............

If you can figure out how to get Thompson to shoot a perimeter shot with consistency and that goes for Scott also..........please send him an email.....

I agree with all of the above, especially the part about Williams playing more......

This team has no interior D.....

Amir would provide plenty of that with his 7'6" wingspan.....

I think they should play more also. But to who's expense?

You can't really taks many mins from the 5 starters, and Thompson, The Raven, & Scott have been playing about 10 mins/game......
