I agree with that sentiment, but it's a nice perk if your players are unselfish about what's best for the team.

Why so I feel like this means he is still the starter

If he plays one snap before the score is 42-0 I will be pissed!

Like, turn the game off and not watch at all! I'm to that point. And I've only missed one Ohio State game in the last 15 years or so.

    JT Barrett:
    12 career starts
    54 Total TD's (38 Passing 16 Rushing)
    12 Interceptions

    Cardale Jones:
    10 career starts
    17 Total TD's (14 Passing 3 Rushing)
    7 Interceptions

JT averages/accounts for 27 points per game while Cardale averages/accounts for 10.2....

EDIT: These numbers are skewed a little because JT is actually scoring while not starting. So if we were to only go off of last years' totals, he's still accounting for 22.5 ppg vs. Cardale's 10.2

It will be interesting to see how he responds. I wont lie, his tweet "Times like this, you'll really find out whos in your corner" scares me. Did he tweet this after finding out, is he expecting players to stand up to Meyer and pull a Rudy ask for Jones.
If so, Jones cant honestly think his production has earned him the right to not give JT a shot.

I think we'll learn alot about Jones in the next week

Well then, okay. I'll be pulling for him.

Be prepared for injury, get your degree, then get your contract bro.

Thats insane, first 2 rounds. Thats how GM's get fired. I cant see that at all. They're have been NFL scouts come out and say he's undraftable at the moment

The football folk in Houston inform he would have been 3-5th round last year. At best pending NFL day 2016 free-agent, un-drafted.

He goes top two rounds. Too much potential to pass up. The Russell Wilson effect has changed the perception plus the collective bargaining agreement has lead to teams taking more chances.

To be honest though, there's not a ton of QBs to choose from in the 2016 draft. Connor Cooke will probably be the first one taken.

He could still be a flyer pick for a team with an established QB. Like New England taking Ryan Mallett (3rd), Denver taking Osweiler (2nd) or Green Bay with Hundley (5th). Owners will be intrigued; "He's a winner" "can make every throw" etc.

Don't sit on a guy who's a winner. Per say.... Goff will be the first qb taking btw.
