The link is gone, but the guy who posted all the stuff about Gary also dropped the Ole Miss is getting hammered soon two days before Espn did. I think its very odd the number one dt in the country has not shown any interest in Bama really.

This is just a guess on my part, but I think when a huge recruit like this has no interest in Bama it usually means Saban wants them to play a different position. Like when he wanted Zeke to be a safety.

What exactly would Saban want to do with this kid besides DT, only other position is Oline but Saban is a defensive coach.

The only player ranked #1overall by all 4 recruiting services have existed. I'm not saying he's the greatest h.s. fb player in the past 15 years but he's gotta be in the conversation with the likes of
    JClowney
    VYoung
    ASmith(Alabama online)
    Greatest recruit of all time?
    Elway?
    Emmit Smith?

Has this kid lost weight? He looks more like a pass rushing DE/OLB than a DT..

He was productive early on but he was pretty much MIA towards the end of the year. I still think he'll be a solid player though.

Michigan EDGE Rashan Gary clocked in with an official time of 4.58 seconds in the 40-yard dash at the NFL Scouting Combine.
Gary, who stated earlier this weekend that he's "the best player in this draft," was the third-fastest EDGE in the 40-yard dash behind Mississippi State's Montez Sweat (4.41s) and Florida State's Brian Burns (4.53s). The Michigan product is projected by many to be a first round selection, but he'll need to be outstanding at the Combine to enter the conversation at the top of the draft that includes defensive linemen Nick Bosa, Quinnen Williams and Josh Allen.
