    In Smith's defense, he did take a helluva shot on that play...

    In Williams' defense... that was a bs call, plus.. that's the kind of player he is... he's an aggressive kind of player that loves to hit people and pursues the ball relentlessly... the hit Miller just took on the sideline was no different than what Williams gave... and if the refs were calling a good and fair game, we should've gotten that call...

    And that's another example of the kind of plays after the catch Meyer has wanted to see from the WR corps... great run after the catch by Philly!

    Which translates: Shazier has yet to arrive. He has played very well three games in a row...I guess you don’t agree?

    Nice hard nose play by the second string O Line and good strong running by Dunn. I think next year Dunn can earn himself a good bit more time in the running back rotation...

    Had it not been for that fumble it could've happened... it would have been at least a 38 point win... gotta be pleased with the defense's effort though... they've only given up 14 points and held Illinois to 88 passing yards so far... only 2.8 yards per attempt... huge improvement from earlier this season...

    OSU Rolls Into Open Week After 52-22 Victory...............Ohio State exploded for 567 total yards and topped the 50-point mark for a school-record fourth time this season, rolling into its open week on the heels of a 52-22 victory Saturday afternoon at Ohio Stadium. QB Braxton Miller accounted for 299 total yards and tailback Carlos Hyde rushed for 137 yards and three touchdowns.

    The 2nd team OL looked very capable IMO of going in as an entire unit in meaningful time and move the LOS...


    I was particularly impressed with the left side with Darryl Baldwin and Chase Farris...

    Buckeyes Hitting On All Cylinders In Rout.............The Ohio State football team got good performances from its offense and defense in a 52-22 thrashing of hapless Illinois Saturday afternoon at Ohio Stadium. One could argue the Buckeyes are playing their best heading into their open week.
